1. Switch to DENETS and enjoy a 50% discount for seven (7) months when you subscribe to Residential Plan 1299 or Plan 1999, or Enterprise Plan 2499 or 3499. Get a 50% discount for three (3) months when you subscribe to Residential Plan 888 or Enterprise Plan 1299. To avail of the discount, submit your latest one (1) month bill from any other internet service provider within three (3) days upon application.
2. Active DENETS subscribers with OLD PLAN subscriptions (Cable-Only, Coaxial Cable/Internet, and Old FTTH Plans) can enjoy a 50% discount for three (3) months when upgrading to the new DENETS Plans.
3. Active DENETS Plan Subscribers on the latest BUNDLE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS are eligible for a 50% discount for one (1) month when upgrading to any higher DENETS Plan.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Timely payment is required to maintain the 50% discount. Failure to pay on or before the due date, even for a single month, will result in the immediate cancellation of the discount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Twenty-four (24) month contract applies to all plans.
2. A maintenance fee of One hundred pesos (PHP 0.00) will be charged per month.
3. Excess of the free Four Hundred (400) Meters of Fiber Optic Cables will be charged PHP 10 per meter.
4. Early termination will incur a fee of Two thousand five hundred pesos (PHP 2,500) plus any remaining monthly charges.
5. Plan downgrade will require a Two thousand five hundred pesos (PHP 2,500) fee for switching to a lower plan while under contract.
6. Payment Due Date is at the END OF EVERY MONTH.
7. Payments made after the due date will incur a Reactivation Fee of Fifty pesos (PHP 50) to restore services. For accounts that have been fully suspended or disconnected, a Reconnection Fee of Five hundred pesos (PHP 500) will apply.
