TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DENETS LITE Plan 649 Is an Unlimited WIFI Internet Only Plan (Not INCLUDE NETFLIX ACCOUNT).
2. Twenty-Four (24) Months Subscription Plan Contract.
3. Monthly Service Fee Is ₱649 per month.
4. In excess of the Free (400) Meters of Fiber Optic Cable will be charged at ₱17 per meter.
5. Early termination of contract shall be charged ₱2,500 (Pre-Termination Fee) plus the remaining monthly charges in the contract.
6. All active subscribers still under contract switching to any lower plan are subject to a Downgrade Fee of ₱2,500.
7. Due Date of Billing Payment is EVERY END OF THE MONTH.
